Terms of Service & End-User License Agreement

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using this dashboard (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you accept these Terms for that organisation. Do not use the Service if you do not agree.
2. Licence
Subject to these Terms, Sachin Rana grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your authorised internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or create derivative works of the Service except as permitted by law.
3. Accounts & acceptable use
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the Service, including: unauthorised access, uploading unlawful or infringing content, attempting to breach security, scraping, or interfering with other users. Access is role-based; you must only access data your role permits.
4. Your data & content
You retain rights to data you submit. You grant Sachin Rana the rights needed to host and process that data to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the lawfulness of data you upload.
5. Data protection
Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You may export your data and delete your account in-app under Account → Privacy & Data.
6. Third-party components
The Service uses open-source and third-party components under their respective licences. A list is maintained in the project’s third-party licence inventory. Those components are provided under their own terms.
7. Fees & purchases
The Service is provided to authorised organisational users and does not sell digital goods or subscriptions to consumers through the application. There are no in-app purchases. Any commercial terms are agreed separately between Sachin Rana and the customer organisation.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sachin Rana is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
11. Governing law & changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and the courts at the operator’s place of business in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory local law gives you rights in your own jurisdiction. We may update these Terms and will post changes here with a new date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
