SLCP Verification in India by IQMC

The Social & Labor Convergence Program (SLCP) is a global initiative developed to improve the way organizations assess social and labor conditions within supply chains. Traditionally, facilities are required to undergo multiple social audits requested by different brands and stakeholders, which often leads to duplication, higher costs, and increased administrative burden. SLCP addresses this challenge by introducing a standardized assessment and verification framework that enables facilities to collect and share reliable social and labor data through a single common approach.

  • Independent verification by trained and qualified verifiers, ensuring impartiality and accuracy of the data
  • Verified assessment data shared with brands, buyers and stakeholders through the SLCP Gateway platform
  • Worker interviews and workplace observations to better understand real working conditions
  • Reduced audit fatigue: one verified assessment instead of multiple audits from different brands
